摘　　要：文中提出了一种基于小波变换的格型矢量量化 (L VQ)混合编码方法 ,在图像编码过程中充分利用了图像小波系数的分布特征和人类视觉系统 (HVS)的特性 ,对于不同频域的信息采用不同的编码方法。实验结果也表明 ,此算法实现简单 。This paper presents a new lattice vector quantization hybrid coding scheme based on wavelet transform, which makes the best of distribution feature of the wavelet coefficients and the characteristics of human visual system within the coding process, and adopts different coding schemes according to different frequency fields. Experiment results show that the new scheme is very practical and with good compression performance.
