摘　　要：对强化减压蒸馏的机理 ,芳烃添加物的组成及强化作用 ,强化减压蒸馏方法等方面进行分析研究。以管输常压渣油为研究对象。重点研究了以催化裂化回炼油作为添加物的强化减压蒸馏过程 ,确定添加物最佳用量 ,并测定分析强化减压蒸馏前后蜡油及残渣油性质变化情况。研究结果表明 :向管输常压渣油中加入 2 0 4 %的催化回炼油再进行蒸馏 ,可使烃油收率提高 1 78%或裂化原料收率提高 2 5 5 %Studied were the mechanism and method of intensifying vacuum distillation,the composition and effect of aromatic additive,its result shows that the yields of light oil and FCC feedstock were increased by 1.78% and 2.55% respectively after adding 2.04% FCC recycle oil to pipeline transportation atmospheric residuum.
