摘 要:利用多体系统动力学方法 ,建立了行星齿轮变速箱的换挡过程的动力学模型及换挡过程自动变速系统的运动微分方程 ,并进行了仿真计算。模型的建立为换挡过程的仿真与控制提供了理论基础 。The planetary gearbox is widely used in automatic transmission.The clutch/brake is a shift actuator of the transmission.The shift quality control is always an important problem in automatic transmission.The shift quality is commonly understood as smoothness of a vehicle during gearshifting.The dynamic research and analysis of shift is very an important work to investigate the movement of each part in transmission and the transient characteristic of the vehicle during gearshifting.The traditional method of analyzing shift is to divide a whole process into several sections with each a motion equation.In this paper,the main work is to establish an identical moving differential equation of gearshifting by multi body mechanics theory.The equation set up in this paper is convenient to simulate the course of gearshifting.And it is also helpful to predict the influence of possible factors.The model can also be used in the quality control during gearshifting.
