^(99m)Tc-EHIDA肝胆动态显象对胆囊炎的诊断价值

摘　　要：有^(99m)Tc-EHIDA 肝胆动态显像检查胆囊炎,结果表明,急性胆囊炎均有胆囊不显影,有助于肯定诊断,而慢性胆囊炎中仅有部分病例不显影。本法具有安全、简便、快速,无痛苦等优点,可从形态和功能两方面显示改变,是胆囊炎影像诊断方法之一。Dynamic hepatobiliary imaging with ^(99m)Tc-EHIDA was carried out in 27 cases of cholecystitis dis- ease.The result revealed that nonvisualiged gall bladder of the 8 cases with alute cholecystitis was nonvisualiged gall bladder.The method provides specific sign in the diagnosis of acute chalecystitis,is a safety,simplicity,rapid,noninvasive.It is useful as an initial screeing in the diagnosis of the chole- cystitis.
