摘　　要：本文分析了网络文化背景下 ,加强企业管理伦理建设的必要性 ,提出了企业管理伦理的一般原则。The paper analyzed the necessity for enterprises to strengthen their construction ofthe management ethics under the circumstances of network culture. Also, it proposedgeneral principles of enterprises management ethics.
