氟康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　观察氟康唑滴眼液治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法　用每毫升含 2mg氟康唑的氟康唑滴眼液点眼 ,每日 4～ 8次 ,治疗真菌性角膜溃疡 35例。结果　 35例 (35只眼 ) ,其中轻度病人 2 0例 ,治疗 1 0～ 1 5d而痊愈 ;中重度病人 1 5例 ,治疗时间 2 0～ 40d ,病情痊愈或症状体征明显改善者 1 4例 ,总有效率为 97% ,1例因病情重 ,就诊晚 ,角膜濒临穿孔行角膜移植术。结论　氟康唑滴眼液具有高效、低毒、抗真菌谱广、眼内通透性高、应用方便、疗效好等优点 。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Diflucan eyedrops in treatment of fungal corneal ulcer.Methods 35 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were administered Diflucan eyedrops(Fluconazole 2mg/ml),four to eight times a day.Results The 20 mild cases were cured after treated for 10～15 days.After being treated for 20～40 days,most of the 15 moderate and severe cases were cured or remarkably improved and the effective rate was 97%.One severe case was deteriorated and received corneal transplantation.Conclusion Eyedrops proves to be effective for fungal corneal ulcer due to its high efficacy,low toxicity,wide antifungal spectrum,high intraocular permeability,slow drug resistance and easy administration.
