视网膜电图振荡电位的振幅测定方法的探讨

摘　　要：通过对正常人ERG的振荡电位(OPs)的几种不同的测定方法的对比,了解了各种测定方法的OPs总振幅和O_1振幅与a波振幅的相互关系,从而提出了一种简便且又受a波振幅影响最小的OPs总振幅测定方法,并建议在临床工作中采用之。Various ways of evaluating the OPs of ERG in normal subjects were investigated. The relationship of the overall amplitude of OPs and the amplitude of a-wave and O_1 component of OPs was analyzed. A simple method was developed by the authors to evaluate the general amplitude of OPs in clinical practice with which the amplitude of a-waw had a minimal effect on the general amplitude of OPs.
