药物去势加缓退瘤治疗转移性前列腺癌

摘　　要：目的观察药物去势加雄激素阻断剂—缓退瘤(Flutamide)之全雄激素阻断疗法治疗转移性前列腺癌疗效。方法回顾性分析14例药物去势加缓退瘤治疗转移性前列腺癌的临床资料。结果所有病人在用促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)类似物一个月后血睾酮均降至去势水平。12例有治疗效果。3例出现肝功能异常,5例出现食欲减退,14例出现性欲减退和阳痿,2例出现血象异常,5例出现潮热、盗汗。结论药物去势加雄激素阻断剂之全雄激素阻断疗法,治疗初发的转移性前列腺癌疗效肯定,去势稳定。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of medical castration plus flutamide in the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer. Methods 14 cases of metastatic prostate cancer undergoing combined treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients with metastatic prostate cancer were followed up for 6～39 months. Their serum testosterone levels decreased from normal to less then 2.75nmol/L after one month treatment with LHRH analogues. 12 cases achieved significant effects. 3 showed impaired liver function,other side effects including anorexia,decreased libido,inpotence,etc were mild. Conclusions Medical castration plus flutamide is effective for the management of metastatic prostate cancer.
