摘 要:目的探讨儿童屈光不正性弱视与散光状态的关系。方法对324例592只眼中390只眼屈光不正性弱视的散光类型、散光程度和散光参差度进行统计分析。结果屈光不正性弱视的散光类型以复性远视散光最多38.37%,其次为复性近视散光27%,单纯远视散光13.72%,混合散光11.3%,单纯近视散光9.62%。结论导致屈光不正性弱视的散光度:单纯远视散光为1.62±0.52D,单纯近视散光为1.53±0.48D,散光参差度1.28±0.33D,单纯和复合散光及混合散光的最低球镜、柱镜度数均为1.0~1.5D。Objective To evluate the relation between the ametropic amblyopia and astigmatism in children.Methods The type degree and irregularity of the astigmatism in 390 eyes of ametropia were analysed in paper.Results As to the type of ametropia amblyopia in the 390 eyes, compound hyperopia astigmatism was the most 38.37%,then was compound myopia astigmatic 27%,after was simplyhyperopia astigmatism 13.72%,mix astigmatism was 11.3%,the late was simply myopia astigmatism 9.6%.Conclusion The astigmatism degree that can bring aboutametropia amblyopia :the simply hyoeropia astigmatism is 1.62±0.52D,the simply myopia astigmatism is 1.53±0.48D, the irregular degree of astigmatism is 1.28±0.33D.The lowest sphere and colum mirror degree of the compound and simply astigmatism are all 1.0~1.50D to cause ametropia amblyoppia.
