摘　　要：自1985年1月～1989年9月对绝对期及近绝对期青光眼合并白内障29例30眼行联合手术,视力提高率为80%,眼压全部控制,复明率达50%。并讨论联合手术的适应症。Cataract extraction combined with filtering surgery was performed in twenty-nine patients (30 eyes) with late stage glaucoma and mature or premature cataract from January 1985 to September 1989. Combination operation avoided complications of secondary operation and tribulation of patient. The visual acuity improved in 80% of the eyes. Intraocular pressure was controlled. The rate of visual rehabilitation was 50%. The indications of combined operation are discussed.
