摘　　要：目的探讨阴道壁平滑肌瘤的来源、误诊原因与治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院1965～1998年经手术、病理证实为阴道壁平滑肌瘤的病例7例。结果7例术前均误诊,主要误诊为阴道壁囊肿及子宫内膜异位结节等,术后病理切片证实为阴道壁平滑肌瘤。结论阴道壁平滑肌瘤是临床少见的阴道壁良性肿瘤,易引起误诊,此病手术治疗预后好。ObjectiveTo study the origination, reasons of misdiagnosis and therapy of leiomyoma of vaginal wall.Meth-ods7 cases from 1965 to 1998 confirmed by pathology and operation were reviewed retrospectively. ResultsAll these 7 caseswere misdiagnosed as cyst of vaginal or endometrial implantation cyst before operation and all the patients underwent surgical treatment.ConclusionsLeiomyoma of vaginal wall is a rare kind of benign tumor. It is very easy to be misdiagnosed. The prognosis is wellafter operation.
