摘　　要：对 3 0例接受便携式弹性输液泵经肝动脉、门静脉联合灌注的肝癌患者进行了家庭化疗的健康指导 ,包括心理护理、观察化疗药物反应 ,使用泵的注意事项及自我护理等方面。达到了治疗效果 ,患者免去住院治疗 ,减轻经济负担 ,并掌握了家庭化疗时防止牵拉引起药物外渗 ,保持输液管道通畅和应用该泵时的自我护理。cases hepatocarcinoma patients received health guidance in domestic chemotherapy with easypump by hepatic artery and portal vein perfusion. It included observation of medicine reaction, pump operation and self nursing care. Freeing the patients from treating in hospitals, domestic chemotherapy reduced the economic burden for their families and meanwhile the patients learned that at domestic chemotherapy, it was key to prevent effusion of the medicine at drawing and pulling the pump, to keep the transfusion smooth and to care themselves.
