摘　　要：临床护理具有鲜明的人文色彩 ,随着医学模式的转变和护理学的发展 ,人们越来越重视护士人文素质的培养。笔者阐述了护士人文素质培养的内容 ,认为要提高护士思想道德品质 ,提高综合素质和适应整体护理模式的需要 ,必须加强护士人文素质的培养 ;建立医院的人文氛围、加强人文科学知识的学习并应用于临床实践是提高人文素质的主要途径。Clinical nursing involves specific humanism. With the transformation of medical models and development of nursing, humanistic diathesis education of nurses is gaining more and more attention. The authors in the study depict the contents of humanistic diathesis. They argue humanistic diathesis education should be strengthened in order to improve ethics diathesis and the whole diathesis and meet the demand of holistic nursing. Establishing humanism atmosphere in hospital, studying humanism knowledge by oneself and applying humanism in nursing practice may be the approaches for improving humanistic diathesis of nurses.
