喉癌患者术后肠内营养疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨喉癌术后肠内营养疗效。方法将34例病理活检为喉部恶性肿瘤的住院患者随机分为2组,均于术晨置鼻饲管。要素膳组氮热比例为lgN∶698kJ;匀浆膳组氮热比例为1gN∶793kJ。结果两组患者术后5天与3周后体格与生化指标平均水平及伤口修复情况差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论喉癌术后适宜营养不仅有利于机体营养状况的好转,且对术后尚需放疗、化疗患者的营养支持也十分重要。喉癌术后选择要素膳和匀浆膳营养支持效果是一致的。Objective To study the effect of enteral nutrition support for the postoperative patients with larynx tumor.Methods Thirty four pathologically confirmed larynx tumor inpatients were randomized into two groups.One group was given elemental diet and the other non-elemental diet.The ratio of nitrogen to energy for elemental diet and non-elemental diet were l gN∶698kJ and1gN∶793kJ,resp-ectively.Results No significant differences were observed in physical examination and the blood biochemical parameters between the groups on the day5and day14after operation (P>0.05).Conclusion The enteral nutrition support could improve the nutritional status of the larynx tumor patients after operation,it was also beneficial to the patients under the radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The effect of the elemental diet and non-elemental diet was the same for postoperative larynx tumor patients.
