摘　　要：自主学习系统的建立与完善是电大开放教育试点成败与否的重要内容。文章从加强办学实践的探索和研究,从外因——教师和学习支持服务对内因——学生的激活作用角度,对此进行了深层次的探讨,有助于学生自主学习系统的建立与完善。The building and improvement of spontaneous study system is the important aspect which decides the success of open education of R&TVU.According to exploration and research to the practice of running schools,the article analyzes the activation effect of the external cause (teachers and study-support service) on the internal cause (students),which will help them build and improve spontaneous,study system.
