摘　　要：高新技术企业的发展状况代表了一个国家经济发展的后劲 ,在世界经济竞争日益激烈的今天 ,发展高新技术产业势在必行。但是在我国 ,高新技术企业的发展还存在众多问题。文章从高新技术企业财务管理的现状出发 ,主要对其中投资、筹资和风险规避存在的问题进行成因分析 。The development of high-tech enterprises represents the strength of the economic development of a country.Nowadays,the economic competition of the world is becoming more and more fierce.However,in our country,there exist many problems in the development of the high-tech enterpises.The paper,from the current situation of the financial management of the high-tech enterprises,analyzes the causes of the problems in investment,financing and risk-avoiding and also puts forward the corresponding measures.
