摘　　要：高等院校是开展素质教育的重要阵地 .应该在全面、准确理解素质教育的基础上 ,以培养创造性人才为核心 ,抓住教学这个中心环节 ,创造良好的校园氛围 。Colleges and universities are important places for quality education. On the basis of comprehensive and correct understanding of quality education, educating creation\|oriented talents should be served as the nudeus. We should focus on teaching, the central link to create good atmosphere on campus and to educate qualified teaching staff.
