摘　　要：阐明企业资产流失问题相当严重 ,必须采取法律对策 ,强化国有企业资产管理 ,制止国有资产流失。The problem of the loss about the asset of the state owned enterprises is extremely serious.Legal measurements should be taken to reinforce the management of the state owned asset and prevent the asset from being lost.
