参桃软肝丸对肿瘤生长及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究观察参桃软肝丸对小鼠移植性肝癌2 2 的免疫调节效应及抑制瘤细胞生长作用。方法 :采用荷瘤动物模型观察参桃软肝丸的药效 ,运用细胞化学特殊染色法检测该药对免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞的影响。结果 :参桃软肝丸各用药组肿瘤细胞数分别为 (0 19± 0 0 8)× 10 12 /L～ (0 33± 0 0 4 )×10 12 /L ,明显低于生理盐水组 ,瘤细胞生长抑制率由 2 3 3%～ 5 5 8%呈剂量依赖性 ,每个高倍视野核分裂数分为 (6 7± 1 6 7)～ (8 2± 2 15 )个 ;核分裂抑制率为 2 0 4 %～ 35 .0 %亦呈剂量依赖性 ;腹水内的T、Th百分率均高于生理盐水组 ,两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :参桃软肝丸不仅能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长 ,并提高动物机体免疫力 ,增强抗肿瘤作用。Objective To observe the effects of Shen tao Ruan Gan wan (pills of Chinese medicine) for the immune regulation of the mice implated hepotoma 22 and the inhibition of tumor growth.Methods The tumor bearing animal model was used to observe the curative effects of shen Tao Ruan Gan Wan,and to detecte the effects on immunocytes and tumor cells with special cytochemical stain methods.Results In experimental groups (medicine was giving) the number of tumor cells was (0 19±0 08)×10 12 /L to (0 33±0 04)×10 12 /L respective).It was lower than that normal saline group significantly.The inhibitory rate of tumor cell growth was 23 3% to 55 8%.It was showing dosage dependence.The mitotic figure in each high microscopic field was (6 7±1 67) to (8 2±2 15).The mitotic inhibitory rate was 23 3% to 35%.and it was also showing dosage dependence.The percentages of T and Th cells in ascites were both higher than that in nomal saline group.It revealed significant difference ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusion Shen Tao Ruan Gan Wan not only inhibits the growth of tumor cells but also elevates the immunity of animal and strengthen the antitumorous activity.
