摘　　要：高校领导干部内修素质应在政治素质、知识素质、能力素质、心理素质 ,审美素质等方面下工夫 ,努力树立起一个多棱镜似的理想的领导干部形象 ,即 :政治坚定、思想解放、开拓创新、博学多才的教育工作者 ;廉洁奉公、求真务实、方法得当的管理工作者 ;以理服人、以情感人、富有爱心、体贴入微的心灵导师 ;平等祥和、善解人意、热心耐心。Leading cadres in colleges and universities should work hard to improve their personal qualities in their political awareness, knowledge, competence, psychology and aesthetics, and project their all-round favouralde images as an educator of political integrity, open-mindedness, creative thinking and professional ability, an administrator of honesty, pragmaticality and flexible methodology, an amiable, sensible and thoughtful tutor of the soul, and as a friend of true equality, considerateness, warm-heartedness and patience, and helpfulness.
