摘　　要：高校后勤社会化改革是 5 0年来高校管理体制上的重大突破 .通过改革 ,使后勤不再是束缚高校发展的“瓶颈” ,而是高校发展的动力 ,是弥补高校经费不足、增加高校收入新的经济增长点 。The Socialized reforms in the rear service of colleges are the momentous breakthrough in the managemeat system for the last 50 years.Reforms make the rear service not become the 'bottlenecck 'of the development of colleges again.but the motive power and the new economic growth point which will make up for the deficiency of fuads and increase income.
