摘　　要：目的研究联苯双酯衍生物的降酶活性。方法用CoMFA对联苯双酯的单酯衍生物进行定量构效关系研究。Aim To study on the quantitative structure activity relationship of γ DDB derivatives.Method By the CoMFA study the quantitative structure activity relationship of γ DDB derivatives.Result and Conclusion The relationship between the compounds′ activity and the characteristics of the molecular field was established by the method of partial least square(PLA).
