摘　　要：目的　客观地分析治疗脏腑痛取穴的规律。方法　从 6 84篇论文中对 7470 0例患者在心痛、胃脘痛、腹痛、小儿腹痛、胆绞痛、肾绞痛、癌痛、痛经的取穴进行统计分析。结果与结论　临床常用穴位为足三里、中脘、三阴交、内关、肾俞、阿是穴 ;Purpose To objectively analyze the regularity of acupoint selection for visceral pains.Method A statistical analysis of acupoint selection for precordial pain, epigastralgia, abdominal pains, infantile abdomnalgia, biliary colic, renal colic, cancer pains and hypogastralgia was made in 74 700 cases from 684 articles.Results and conclusion The clinical commonly used acupoints are Zusanli(ST36), Zhongwan(CV12), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Neiguan(P6), Shenshu (BL23) and ashi points. Visceral Back\|Shu and Front\|Mu points are often applied.
