摘　　要：本文从分析时代的发展给高校大学生的思想观念带来的变化及给高校思想教育工作提出的新挑战入手 ,系统全面地阐述了应对挑战所采取的方式方法。即 :思想教育内容向层次化发展 ;思想教育手段向科学化发展 ;思想教育渠道向广泛化发展 ;思想教育方法向多样灵活化发展。With the developing of the new era, the mindset of college students is being reoriented, which brings a new challenge to educators to help students make the necessary adjustments and transition, in terms of focusing on study, good citizenship and a new worldview.Analyses from the current changes and the new challenges suggested ways to help students in this current transition, which this paper talks about, setting out the strategies for coping with them and meeting them.For the Great Educational Reorientation of students, the educator's method should focus on modernization at all levels of administration, which also means for the student autonomous self-education, in line with current universal and diverse trends in higher education.
