摘　　要：高校教师面对新形势,会遇到许多新问题。对此我们首先要坚持用邓小平理论武装广大教师;其次,加强思想政治工作队伍建设;第三,探索新途径,提高思想政治工作的新水平。How to deal with the new situation has become a serious problem for teachers at colleges and universities. To do well in political and ideaologieal work, universities should 1)arm teachers and students with DENG Xiaoping Theory;2)strengthen the political and ideaological team construction 3)find new ways to promote political and ideaological work.
