腋淋巴结阳性乳腺癌MMP-2的表达及预后

摘　　要：目的 :研究有腋窝淋巴结受累乳腺恶性肿瘤患者中基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 )的表达情况 ,探讨MMP - 2表达与淋巴结受累及患者 5年生存率间的关系。方法 :采用单克隆抗体LsAB法 ,检测肿瘤组织中MMP- 2的表达情况 ,并与腋淋巴结受累及 5年生存率进行相关分析。结果 :MMP - 2阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结受累呈正相关。rs=0 2 48,P <0 0 5。阳性者 5年生存率明显小于阴性者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :MMP - 2阳性对腋窝淋巴结转移和预后的预测有重要参考价值。Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of MMP-2 and node involved and prognosis in breast carcinoma with node positive.Methods:The expression of MMP-2 was investigated with monoclone antibody by labelled Straptavidin-Biotin methed.Results:The positive relationship between the expression of MMP-2 and node in volvement was certian.The survival in MMP-2 positive groups was lowered.Conclusions:The expression of MMP-2 has important value on predicting the lymph node metastasis and the prognosis in the patients with node positive.
