摘　　要：目的　分析伴有淋巴细胞浸润的子宫平滑肌瘤的病理学特征与诊断依据。方法　运用光镜、电镜和免疫组化技术 ,研究报道 1例伴有淋巴细胞浸润的子宫平滑肌瘤 ,同时复习相关文献。结果　子宫平滑肌瘤间质中见到大量成熟的小淋巴细胞浸润 ,不侵犯周围子宫肌壁。大部分浸润淋巴细胞呈CD43、CD45RO、CD3和细胞毒性淋巴细胞标志物TIA 1、CD8阳性。电镜见浸润的淋巴细胞破坏邻近的平滑肌瘤细胞。结论　伴有淋巴细胞浸润的子宫平滑肌瘤是子宫平滑肌瘤的一种特殊类型 。Objectives To investigate the morphologic features and diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma with lymphocytic infiltration. Methods This case of uterine leiomyoma with lymphocytic inf iltration was studied using immunohistochemistry and electron microscope, with review of the related literature. Results Microscopically, numerous small mature lymphocyte infiltrates were seen in the stroma of the tumor, but the surrounding myometrial fibers were not involved. By electron microscopy, it was showed that the lymphocytes can destroy the adjacent smooth muscle fibers. Immunohistochemically ,the infiltrating lymphocytes were positive for T cell marker(CD43,CD45RO and CD3) and cytotoxic marker (TIA-1 and CD8). Conclusions Uterine leiomyoma with lymphocytic infiltration is a kind of uterine leiomyoma that occurred rarely and should be distinguished from lymphoma.
