儿童部分调节性内斜视手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童部分调节性内斜视手术时机和疗效。方法　总结 117例儿童部分调节性内斜视手术。结果　术后治愈率为 88% ,建立双眼单视功能者占 71 8%。结论　儿童部分调节性内斜视应尽早诊治 ,全部矫正屈光不正 6个月以上方可进行手术 ,使获得双眼单视功能的机会增多。To discuss the earliest age of surgical treatment of children′s partially accomodative esotropia and the effect of the therapy. Methods Surgical treatment was performed in 117 cases with children′s partially accomodative esotropia. Results 88% of the cases with children′s partially accomodative esotropia were cured. 71.8% of these cases achieved binocular vision. Conclusions Surgical treatment of children′s partially accomodative esotropia will be performed after their ametropia is corrected completely early for 6 months. And they will become more the opportunities to obtain binocular vision.
