摘  要:从管理创新、以人为本、持续质量改进、逐步和国际接轨、人才开发和人才管理、改革分配制度、改革收费制度、后勤服务社会化、市场预测与供需平衡、可持续发展、美国式管理和中国国情相结合的新型管理模式、营利性医院管理创新等方面,对中国医院杂志社组织的“全国医院院长高峰论坛”的专题报告的主要内容进行了评介。The article assesses the main contents of the special reports in the forum of hospital directors in nationwide which organized by The Journey of Chinese Hospital based on the following aspects: managing innovation, taking human being as the foundation, continuing quality improvement, gearing with the international conventions gradually, the development and management of professional, the reform of distribution system, the reform of charging system, socialized logistics service, forecast of market and the balance between supplement and acquirement, sustaining quality improvement, sustaining development, combining the American management mode with the actual situation of China, the management of the hospitals for profits.
