思美泰治疗老年肝内胆汁淤积症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察思美泰治疗急慢性乙型肝炎引起的老年肝内胆汁淤积症的疗效。方法　将 6 2例 6 0岁以上的肝内胆汁淤积症患者分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组 32例用思美泰注射液 1g ,对照组 30例用茵桅黄注射液 30ml,分别加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0ml,静滴 ,每日 1次 ,连用 5周。治疗前后检测肝功能各项指标 ,并观察临床症状变化及副作用。结果　两组对比观察 ,临床症状的改善及肝功能指标的复常率 ,治疗组均优于对照组。两组相比 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　思美泰是治疗老年肝内胆汁淤积症的首选有效药物。Objective To observe the effectiveness of Transmentil in the treatment of senile intrahepatic cholestasis resulting from acute or chronic HBV hepatitis.Methods 62 patients oversixties were randomly alloccated into the Treatment group (32 cases with transmentil 1 g) and the control group (30 cases with Yinzhihuang 30 ml),the two drugs were individually added into 5% G～S 250 ml and inflowed once daily for five weeds.Then to examine liver function and observe clinical symptoms change and side effects before and after treatment.Results Through the comparison,the treatment group were superior to the control group in the clinical symptom improvement and liver function of healing rate,statistical significance existed (P<0.05).Conclusion Transmentil is effective and first in the treatment of senile intrahepatic cholestasis. [
