摘  要:研究了以二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)-山梨糖醇单油酸酯(Span80)-煤油-H2SO4组成的液膜体系用于分离富集镍,结合火焰原子吸收光谱法进行镍的测定,得出了液膜分离的各项最佳条件。该方法应用于测定水系沉积物和环境水样中痕量镍,经过1次提取分离,富集倍数可达到20倍,回收率95%以上,相对标准偏差为1.7%(n=8),可测定ng/mL级的镍,结果满意。The liquid membrane system of P204-S pan80-Kerosine -Sulphuric acid app lied to preconcentrating and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrophometry for trace nic kel were studied.The optimum conditions of emulsion liquid membrane technique was selected.The method was used to e nrich the trace nicked in materials o f water sediments and environmental water samples.The recoveries over 96%and enrichment of 20-fold with once operation sequence were obtained,a nd the relative standard deviation i s 1.7%(n=8),nickl at ng /mL level could be enriched selectively and determi ned by FAAS with satisfactory result s.
