放疗合并白细胞介素-2瘤内注射治疗宫颈癌67例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨放疗合并白细胞介素 2瘤体内注射治疗宫颈癌的疗效。方法 :对 1995～ 1998年间 6 7例宫颈癌患者采用放疗合并白介 2瘤体内注射治疗。60 Co和 8MV X线外照射全盆DT35～ 40Gy ,腔内放疗采用CS13 7,总剂量A点 6 5～ 75Gy ,B点 5 5～ 6 0Gy ,同时 ,合并白细胞介素 2瘤体内注射 ,每周 3～ 5次 ,每次 10～ 2 0万U。结果 :总有效率 10 0 % ,完全缓解率 92 5 % ,1年生存率 10 0 % ,2年生存率 94%。结论 :宫颈癌瘤内注射白细胞介素 2合并放疗可降低全身反映 ,提高局部控制率。Objective: To evaluate the results of radiotherapy combined with IL-2 for uterus cervix cancer.Methods: From 1995to 1998,67 cases accepted radiotherapy and intra-tumor injection of IL-2.All patients were treated by 60 Co and 8MV photons.D T35～40Gy was delivered to the pelvis.The brachythereapy was treated by Cs 137 ,Point A D T 65～75Gy,Point B D T 55～60Gy.Results: The response rate was 100%,the complete response was 92.5%,1-,2-year survival rates were 100% and 94%.Conclusion: This treatment was beneficial in the improvement of local contral rate and the decrease of side effect caused by radiotherapy alone.
