7例睾丸静脉和2例卵巢静脉变异的解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解睾丸静脉和卵巢静脉的变异。方法 :观测了 73具 ( 1 4 6侧 )成人尸体 (男 5 8,女 1 5 )两种静脉的形态结构。结果 :发现两种静脉有变异者 7例 ,其中睾丸静脉 5例、卵巢静脉 2例。另外 ,作者还对变异与国内文献作了比较。结论Objective: Varicose vein is a collective term which describes the distension, lengthening and tortuosity of veins. This paper is to realize the variations of testicular vein and ovarian vein. Methods: The morphological structure of the testicular vein and ovarian vein was respectively observed on 73 (146 sides) adult cadavers(male 58, female 15). Results: The variations of the testicular vein and ovarian vein were discovered in seven cadavers(testicular vein 5, ovarian vein 2), and the variations were compared to that reported in civil literatures. The reason of the left ovarian varices was analysed. Conclusion:This study supplies an anatomical data for realizing the pathogenesis and for clinical treatment of varicocele and ovarian varix.
