摘　　要：目的　观察Tip -Edge技术矫治安Ⅱ2 错牙合的疗效。方法　对 2 1名恒牙期安氏Ⅱ2 错牙合患者 ,以Tip-Edge技术矫治 ,作治疗前、后X线头影测量分析 ,并进行统计学检验。结果　SNB、U1-SN、L1-MP及U6 -PP距、L6 -MP距明显增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,ANB、U1-LI、U1-PP距及L1-MP距则明显减少 ,与治疗前比较有统计学意义 ;SN -MP、FH、MP、Y轴角、ANS -Me和ANS -Me/N -Me均有增大 ,SNA及SN -PP则无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　Tip -Edge技术通过压低前牙和使磨牙伸长 ,使面下高增加 ,下颌骨向下后旋转 。Objective To observe the effect of treating Class Ⅱ 2 malocclusion with Tip-Edge technology.Methods 21 patients with classⅡ 2malocclusion were treated by Tip-Edge technology.The cephalometric measurements of pretreatment and post-treatment were analysed.Results The SNB?U1-SN?L1-Mp and U6-PP?L6-MP were increased.ANB?U1-L1?U1-PP and L1-MP were decreased (P< 0.01).SN-MP?FH-MP?Y-axis?ANS-Me and ANS-Me/N-Me were increased.There was not significant deference between pretreatment and post-treatment on SNA and SN-PP(P> 0.05)?Conclusion The application of Tip-Edge technology can lead to the anterior tooth-intrusion and the molar teeth-extrusion.It can rotate the mandible backward and down to improve the profile.
