摘　　要：目的　探讨青春生长迸发期及前、后期三个不同矫治时机对治疗上颌发育不足的影响。方法　选择39例上颌发育不足的男性患者 ,扩弓联合前方牵引 6个月 ,术前术后进行头影测量分析。结果　 39例患者的上颌骨移位均有显著性变化 :SNA增大 1.87± 1.76 ,A点前移 2 .6 1± 1.0 7mm ,其中 9岁～ 11岁年龄组的变化量最大。结论　对于上颌发育不足的治疗 。Objective To examine the effect of treatment at different stage including prepubertal,midpubertal and postpubertal growth spurts in maxillary retrusion.Methods 39 male patients with maxillary retrusion were selected and maxillary protraction applied in combination with rapicd palatal expansion during six months.Cephalometric radiographs were taken before and after treatment.Results Significant changes of maxillae moving forward were observed in three age groups:SNA increased 1.87± 1.76*{,A point moved forward 2.61± 1.07mm.The greater difference was observed in groups aged 9 to 11 years.Conclusion In treatment of maxillary retrusion,better results can be achieved in prepubertal growth spurt than in midpubertal and postpubertal growth spurts.
