摘　　要：论述知识经济将对图书馆产生重大的影响 ;图书馆要从知识生产、知识传播、知识转化等方面进行全面的“知识创新”。而要达到这一要求 ,图书馆就必须进行“管理创新”。Knowledge economy will be lead to the human society a new change.It will exert a great influence in library.Knowledge economy demand in the fields of knowledge of production,spread,transform,engage the 'knowledge innovation'.To achieve the aim,library must be carry on the management innovation.
