摘 要:针对铅塔燃烧室内二层空气助燃作用很小 ,三层空气基本上失去助燃作用 ,煤气的燃烧过程可能为不完全燃烧等问题 ,对铅塔燃烧室进行了测试 ,结果发现 :煤气燃烧过程为完全燃烧 ,其空气系数以及燃烧产物含氧量在水平方向分布不均。煤气、空气以及烟气道各分孔的均匀分布、燃烧室内烟气扰动以及直升烟道对二层煤气和二、三层空气的加热是导致空气系数以及燃烧产物含氧量在水平方向分布不均的原因 ,而直升烟道对二、三层空气的加热作用以及它们较大的沿程阻力则是导致二层空气助燃作用小 。In the combustion chamber of lead column,there are some problems that the second layer air has only a little of support burn function,the support burn function is lost in the third layer air,which are likely to lead to incomplete combustion of coal gas in the combustion chamber.Combustion state in combustion chamber of lead column is measured.The measure results indicate that the combustion course of coal gas is complete combustion and the coefficient of wasting air of coal gas and the oxygen content in combustion outcome at the level direction are not uniform.According to diagnosis about combustion state of combustion chamber of lead column,some conclusions such as symmetrical distribution of gas,air and smoke in each spout of the same layer,flow of smoke in combustion chamber,and gas in the second layer,air in the second and third layer heated by straight rising flue that result in the biggish difference of the coefficient of wasting air of coal gas and the oxygen content in combustion outcome at the level direction,and that air in the second and third layer heated by straight rising flue and their biggish resistance along their roads are the causes why the second layer air has only a little of support burn function and the support burn function is lost in the third layer air,are obtained.The results of study will be beneficial to normal maintenance and operation of combustion chamber of lead column.
