摘 要:目的 探讨全身不同剂量照射对皮肤软组织创伤愈合的剂量效应关系。方法 用60 Coγ射线一次性均匀照射 1~ 8Gy,照后 1h内 ,用特制的圆孔刀致大鼠背部全层皮肤2 2mm创面2个 (占体表面积的 2 5 % )。结果 创伤合并 0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8Gy全身照射后 ,随照射剂量增加 ,创伤愈合速度明显减缓 ,残留面积明显增大 ,如伤后 7d ,单创组有 33 5 %的创面未愈合 ,复合伤组分别有 35 4% ,38 1% ,41 6 % ,48 8% ,5 3 9% ,6 3 7% ,6 9 2 % ,73 9%的创面未愈合。统计学显示 ,伤后不同剂量与未愈合创面 % (^Y)间有明显的剂量效应关系。据此推导出 9个剂量效应公式。这些结果主要为群体判估放创复合伤伤情发展提供了重要基础数据。Objective\ To study the effects of dosage of total\|body irradiation on healing process of cutaneous wound. Methods\ Rats were irradiated with a 60 Co γ\|ray source.The single dosage varied from 1 to 8 Gy.Within 1 h after irradiation,two full thickness circular wounds (22 mm) were produced on the back of animals,corresponding to 2\^5% of total body surface area. Results\ After total\|body irradiation with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 Gy combined with cutaneous wound,the rate of healing was obviously retarded along with the increase of irradiation dose.The surface of the wound remained was larger in the high dosage group as compared to that of the lower dosage ones.Taking 7 d after injury for example,there was 35\^5% wound surface left unhealed in rats of the group with cutaneous wound only,while in the combined injury groups irradiated with 1 to 8 Gy,there were 35\^4%,38\^1%,41\^6%,48\^8%,53\^9%,63\^7%,69\^2%,73\^9% remained unhealed,respectively.Statistical analysis showed that there were marked correlation between irradiation dosage and the percentage of unhealed wound surface ().Nine dose\|effect relation formulas were derived according to the statistical results. Conclusion\ For soft tissue trauma combined with radiation injury,the delay of wound healing is definitely related to the dose of radiation inflicted.
