摘　　要：在深刻剖析特困大学生的显性特点和隐性特点的基础上,提出了做好大学生工作的运行机制:（1）树立正确的指导思想;（2）树立正确的工作目标;（3）建立健全工作领导结构;（4）建立科学的工作方法;（5）建立多渠道的资助网络。Based on deeply analyzed inplicit and explicit characteristics of college inpoverished students, we bring forward that universities should build complete mechanism in conducting routine work of ,impoverished students: (1)Setting up proper directed priciples (2)Building up right goals in working (3)Establishing self-contained leading structure (4)Using scientific working methods (5)Aided withmulti-channel networks.
