摘　　要：阐述了信息素质教育的基本内容,分析了加强信息素质教育培养大学生创新能力的重要意义,并根据高校图书馆的服务特点和优势,论述了图书馆在信息素质教育中应发挥的作用。This article deals with the basic concept of information quality education, points out that it is of great importance to educate college students in the development of creative ability, and goes further to analyze the role university library should play according to its characteristics and advantages.
