摘　　要：目的 :探讨TGF β在大肠癌分化、转移中的作用。 方法 :用免疫组织化学的方法观察 6 8例大肠癌手术标本的TGF β及其受体的表达。 结果 :大肠癌组织中TGF β阳性细胞主要是在间质中散在分布的、呈浸润性生长的癌细胞 ,其TβR染色亦呈阳性反应。 结论 :大肠癌细胞自分泌的TGFPurpose:To investigate the relationship between the expression tansforming growth factor β(TGF β) and the differentiation, invasion of colorectal adenocarcinoma.Methods:To observe the expression of transforming growth factor β and transforming growth factor β receptor in 68 samples of colorectal adenocarcinoma with immunohistochemical technique. Results:The cells with positive reaction of TGF β antibody were scattered in the stroma. The cells with infiltrative growth had positive TGF β staining.Conclusions:It was indicated that TGF β might play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
