摘　　要：侵袭和转移是卵巢癌患者死亡的直接原因 ,基质金属蛋白酶介导的细胞外基质的降解在肿瘤侵袭、转移中起着极为重要的作用 ,因此深入探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (matrixmetalloproteinase,MMP)的释放与活化的机制 。Invasion and metastasis are the most important characteristic of malignant tumors,and is the direct reason of the high mortality rate. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are involved in the degradation of the extracellular matrix, a central element of tumor invasion and metastasis, so it is important to discuss the mechanism of MMPs′ release and activation for invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor.
