对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的调查

摘　　要：对93例晚期肺癌患者生活质量进行了调查。结果:晚期肺癌患者身受多种症状的困扰尤以疼痛最甚;在身体状况、精神状况、生存的意义3方面患者的满意程度均较低;经济状况及医疗报销状况分别对患者生活质量及其精神状况产生影响;社区组患者生活质量明显低于住院组及门诊组,住院组及门诊组之间差异无显著性,为此作者提出改善患者生活质量的相应对策。This study is to investigate the quality of life of 93 patients with advanced lung cancer. The result showed that the patients with advanced lung cancer suffered a wide variety of distressful symptoms, the most serious is pain. The scores for all samples were low in physical condition, psychological condition and sense of living. Both economic state and the state of reimbursement in medical expenses affected the patients' total scores and psychological condition; the scores of quality of life in community group was significantly lower than the ones in groups of in-patient and out-patient, but there was no significant difference between the groups of in- patient and out-patient, so we develop some nursing strategies to improve their quality of life.
