摘　　要：期刊文献资源只有经过有效的梳理和激活，才能真正发挥其特有的知识信息作用，从而采取相应的激活方式及 技巧，推动期刊文献的深层次开发和信息化服务。Periodical literature resources can bring into play their knowledge information effects by effective pectination and activation. It must be taking corresponding activation fashion and skill to drive arrangement exploitation and information service of periodical literature.
