农民癌症发病的社会心理因素研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨与农民癌症发病有关的社会心理因素。方法　应用 1:1配对研究方法。 74例经病理确诊 ,卡氏评分≥6 0分的恶性肿瘤农民住院患者为病例组 ,根据 1:1配对原则 ,即与病例组相同性别、相同民族、相同居住地点、年龄相差± 3岁、无身心疾患的健康农民作为对照组。分别对两组对象的生活事件、社会支持和防御机制进行问卷调查。结果　两组生活事件评分及社会客观支持评分有统计差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,经Logistic回归分析 ,负性生活事件为农民癌症发病的社会心理因素。结论　社会心理因素与农民癌症发病有关 ,负性事件和社会支持为其危险因素。Objective To investigate the strength of association between psychosocial factors and the development of farmer's cancer. Methods Case control matched study. A standardized life events, social support and defensive style interview was administered respectively.74 farmers cancer patients were as the case group, and 74 matched healthy farmers were as the control group. The pair had the same gender, the same race. They lived in the same area, and the difference of age between the pair was ±3 years. Results The scores of life events was higher in case group(P<0.05), and the scores of objective social support was higher in control group(P<0.05). multiple qualified logistic regression showed that severe life events(OR=1.025,95%CI:1.010～1.038) increased the risk of farmers cancer development. Conclusions There is some association between psychosocial factors and farmers cancer genesis, severe life events and poor social support are the risks of farmers cancer.
