摘　　要：目的 :探索糖类抗原125(CA125)对女性原发性腹膜癌临床辅助诊断和监测的应用价值。方法 :应用放射免疫法 (IRMA)检测30例女性原发性腹膜癌患者术前血清CA125值 ,并动态观察CA125值。结果 :30例女性原发性腹膜癌阳性率90% (27/30) ,27例阳性者术后CA125对疗效的评价与临床疗效的符合率为84.3% ,提示复发的阳性率为75 %。结论Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic and monitoring significance of CA125 in female primary peritoneal carcinoma.Methods: The IRMA was employed to detect the preoperative serum value of CA125 in 30 cases of female primary peritoneal carcinoma.Results: The positive rate in 30 cases were 90%(27/30).In 27 cases, the postoperative correspondent rate of CA125 for the clinical evaluation was 84.3%.This demonstrated the recurrent positive rate was 75%. Conclusion: The detection of serum CA125 is more valuable in clinical diagnosis and prognosis of female primary peritoneal carcinoma.
