摘　　要：目的　研究青年抑郁症患者短时记忆的特点 .方法　比较抑郁症患者与正常对照组的临床记忆量表粗分的差别 .结果　抑郁症患者在指向记忆、联想学习、图像自由回忆、人像特点记忆 4项测验得分都较正常对照组低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,无意义图形再认测验的结果虽然在数值上较对照组低 ,但无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论　抑郁症患者的短时记忆能力下降 。AIM To investigate the short term memory function of the young adult patients with nonpsychotic depression. METHODS The scores of the Clinic Memory Tests of the young adult patients with nonpsychotic depression were compared with those of the healthy volunteers. RESULTS In the Clinic Memory Test, the patients' scores were lower than those of the control in the Pointing Memory Test, Associating Study Test, Image Free Recollecting Test, People's Figure Characters Memory Test ( P <0.001). But in theNonsense Picture Recognizing Exam, there was no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION Young adult patients with nonpsychotic depression have poorly short term memory function, which is possibly attributed to the fact that the course of semantic coding of information is interfered for the young adult patients with nonpsychotic depression.
