摘　　要：今日世界虽然出现国民国家危机，但不能接受无论什么民族与社会均经过相同发展过程的西方普遍历史观及其人权论；应以跨文化视野建立以儒教及汉字文化为中心的东亚法文化。Although there exists a trend of national crisis in the world，it is impossible for us toaccept the common Western conceptions of history and human rights that each nation or societyhas to pass through the same process of development．On the contrary，a legal culture should beestablished in East Asia centred on Confucianism and the Chinese character culture ffom a cross-cultural perspective．
