摘　　要：围绕生态补偿中融资的三个基本要素 ,即 :用什么资本融资 ,以什么方式融资 ,如何高效融资进行系列研究 ,为生态融资活动提供理论指导和行动策略。Systematic study is carried out arround the three fundamental elements of financing of ecological compensation,i.e. what capital is used in financing, what form for financing is done and how to finance efficiently. The theoretical instruction and action stretegy are provided by the ecological financing.
