摘  要:目的 探讨情绪应激对成年雌性大鼠血清中皮质酮、甲状腺素、生长激素水平的影响及其可能机制。方法  2 9只成年雌性大鼠分为 3组 :正常对照组 (NC) ,情绪应激组 (ES)和生理应激组 (PS)。以给予定时喂水训练的成年雌性大鼠空瓶刺激建立情绪应激模型 ,采用放射免疫分析法测定各组大鼠血清中皮质酮、甲状腺素和生长激素水平。结果 与NC组相比较 ,生理应激组大鼠的皮质酮和甲状腺素水平均显著升高 ;情绪应激组的激素水平也有所升高 ,但无显著性差异 ;生长激素水平各组间无显著性差异。结论 应激可显著影响雌性大鼠血清皮质酮和甲状腺素水平 。Objective To evaluate the effects of chronic stress on serum corticosterone, T4 and growth hormone (GH) levels in adult female rats. Methods Twenty nine rats were divided into 3 groups: normal control group (NC), emotional stress group (ES), and physiological stress group (PS). The blood samples were taken when the stress procedure was finished. Corticosterone, T4 and GH were determined by radioimmunoassay method.Results Serum corticosterone and T4 levels were both significantly increased in PS group compared with those in NC group ( P <0.05). These hormones in ES group were also increased, but had no marked statistical significance. The GH level seemed to be unchanged among the 3 groups.Conclusion Chronic stress can affect the levels of corticosterone and T4 dramatically. But they have no marked influence on GH level.
